I bought this for my nephew thinking it was just a cute sequel, but the story about Humpty being scared of heights after the fall got me a bit emotional. The signed copy is a nice touch for the shelf, though I'm tempted to keep it for myself.
The signed bookplate inside the cover makes this feel like a real keepsake, not just another picture book. My daughter asks for it every night now, and I've caught myself tearing up at the ending more than once.
