I wasn't sure what to expect from a pull-out prints book, but the way each of the 22 pages detaches cleanly means I can finally frame my favorite Moomins artwork without wrecking the spine. The accompanying quotes add a nice layer of context that made me appreciate Jansson's process even more. This
The colors in these 22 prints are so vivid they feel like little windows into Moominvalley, and the quotes sprinkled alongside are a lovely bonus. I've already framed two of them and can't decide which one to pull out next.
The pull-out format makes it so easy to frame and swap these 22 prints — I’ve already got three up in my hallway, and the quotes on the back add a lovely touch. Tove’s line work is even more mesmerizing in person than I expected from the photos.
